MORNING SESSION:AWAKENING THE LIGHT WITHIN YOU (ALWY) – LEVEL 1 – you will learn a simple and effective meditation technique that will allow you to achieve a state of Inner Calmness, Clarity, Tranquility Peace and Stillness.
This meditation activates the Loving energy qualities of the Soul. The loving energy , once activated, can disintegrate negative emotions and thoughts, allowing the practitioner to achieve a more harmonious and fulfilling life.
AFTERNOON SESSION: AWAKENING THE LIGHT WITHIN YOU (ALWY) – LEVEL 2 – teaches how to reach union with the Higher Soul. During meditation, when a Practitioner reaches a State of Inner Stillness – there may be a moment when a feeling of a gentle but intense internal explosion arises.It is like a sudden awareness accompanied by an intense feeling of Oneness with the soul. When that happens, it could be metaphorically described as “Walking Through” the gates of Heaven.
